On OYSTAR Erca-Formseal machines, label positioning is achieved through in mould label introduction.
But with the invention of partial or total labelling, OYSTAR Erca-Formseal was the first group to develop this original technique applied to thermoforming. This much elaborated process consists of positioning in the thermoforming mould a strip of printed paper, which inner surface is coated with hotmelt. At the time of the final phase of thermoforming, the fine hotmelt layer on the labelling strip enables it to adhere very strongly to the wall of the cup.  

  • The conception of this module allows keeping machine output at its maximum thanks to the fact that the label is introduced into the mould during the forming of the previous cup.
    In addition to have a compact line avoiding additional labelling system, spare parts accumulation and maintenance cost, OYSTAR Erca-Formseal labelling systems allow a great freedom to marketing to express itself through high quality paper printing.
