Ultra clean machine with H2O2 materials sterilization is a conditioning machine with filter (orange part) and filler (bleu part) sterilized.
Technical information:
- Filter sterilization by steam = 127 °C – 30 min
- Filler sterilization by steam = 138 °C – 15 min
Materials sterilization:
- Bath: H2O2 35%, 55°C - Contact duration: 10 s
- Sterilization and drying :
- Sterile hot air: 120 – 140°C - Duration: 10 s

Plastic: PS, PP, PET or Complex barrier
Application:
For fresh product PH ≤ 4
Product shelf life: 20 to 30 days in cool chain
