For the development of the packaging, a laboratory is dedicated to the creation of the forms. There is a reserve of more than 2 000 forms.

This would be followed by real thermoformed cups produced from a resin mould last around the wooden model. With 3D CAO technology a complex resin would may now be rapidly produced by stereo-lithography further accelerating the modelling process.
